Great concert, but everything else could be better

Love everything about Blue October as they have always put on an amazing show. Downsides to the concert 1) Venue Staff. They were not moving people though efficiently enough, resulting in long wait time in freezing temps and resulting in us missing all but the last song of the opening act. 2) Ticketmaster concert ticket info. We selected floor (in front of stage on the venue map) GA tickets, only to not be allowed in that area by venue staff due to overcrowding. it was a Sold Out show. After walking around the venue, wound up in the upper level, standing behind a row of bar height, seated concert-goers, with a very minimal view of the stage. Huge disappointment for the money spent on tickets, gas, hotel, food and drinks, as well as, hours spent in the car. Still love Blue October. It’s not their fault.
